Our Special Guest Speaker was Tom DiNapoli, New York State
Comptroller. DiNapoli provided an update of the Comptroller’s office
as it has implemented reforms to make government more effective,
efficient and ethical. Comptroller DiNapoli has pushed for increased
transparency and accountability in government, and indentified
billions of dollars in waste, fraud, abuse and mismanagement.
